Qasim Ahmad Ilyas, ACMA, CGMA, CIPFA (Affil) is a Chartered Management Accountant and strategic consulting leader, and the Founder & CEO of Qaltron, a company he built out of conviction to redefine how organisations grow, transform, and sustain in a deeply interconnected world. With USD 100M+ in value creation across financial services, fintech, energy, sustainability, and technology start-ups, Qasim brings over a decade of multi-domain, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary expertise spanning corporate strategy, corporate finance, market intelligence, performance improvement, and innovation management.
Rejecting siloed thinking and hyper-specialism, Qasim created Innogacy™, Qaltron’s proprietary methodology where innovation respects legacy and entrepreneurial advisory becomes the standard. He leads the design of holistic, contextually intelligent solutions that honour people, culture, and history while enabling future-ready transformation. His raison d’être is to co-create with clients and enterprises, embedding empathic, ecosystem-driven solutions that deliver measurable results and leave a lasting positive impact on businesses, societies, and the natural environment.
Qasim now leads Qaltron Consulting-as-a-Product (CaaP) Platform, a live AI-native enterprise diagnostic platform that engineers consulting judgment into governed, evidence-backed decision infrastructure. Qaltron CaaP turns fragmented organisational and market evidence into structured diagnostics, scoring, benchmarking, contradiction mapping, prioritised interventions, and traceable executive outputs. It is designed to support executive decision-making across transformation, innovation performance, leadership commitment, capital allocation, and emerging diligence and value-creation workflows. Educational Qualification
Qasim holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in History, grounding his strategic thinking in a deep understanding of context, patterns, and human behavior. He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with CIMA (UK) and an Affiliate of CIPFA (UK), bringing rigorous financial acumen to his advisory work. His qualifications are further complemented by certifications from the AICPA, IBM, Harvard, Wharton, CFI, Copenhagen, and UN, enhancing his ability to bridge financial precision with strategic transformation through technology-embedded value creation.
