Qasim Ahmad Ilyas, ACMA, CGMA, CIPFA (Affil) is a CIMA and AICPA-certified strategic consulting leader and the Founding CEO of Qaltron Consulting, a firm he built out of conviction to redefine how organisations grow, transform, and sustain in a deeply interconnected world. Qasim holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in History, grounding his strategic thinking in a deep understanding of context, patterns, and human behavior. He is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) with CIMA (UK) and an Affiliate of CIPFA (UK), bringing rigorous financial acumen to his advisory work. His qualifications are further complemented by certifications from the AICPA, IBM, Harvard, Wharton, CFI, Copenhagen, and UN, enhancing his ability to bridge financial precision with strategic transformation through technology-embedded value creation.
